Event Registration Policy
Space is limited for all Chamber events, and timely RSVP is required. Payment is due at the time of registration for event registrations. Unless otherwise specified, registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Chamber event fees are refundable with cancelation notice to Chamber staff at least 96 hours in advance of the event date via phone, fax, email, or in person. Attendees who register but do not attend, will be not be entitled to a refund.
Sponsorships, Publication Purchases & Other Services:
Payment is due no later than 30 days after invoice for sponsorships and advertising commitments. Advertising will be produced upon payment in full. The Chamber does not provide refunds on any sponsorships or advertising purchases.
